Overall I love everything about this project. Am I the only one who wishes this was taller though? You know, since its close to the downtown/midtown border where the downtown skyline slopes downward into 2016 Main, Central Bank, and 2000 Crawford, I wish midtown would get taller there because thats where the skylines will merge. It would be nice if we could eventually get a 40 story resi high rise like in this area like we are getting in other parts of town...

A troll.Anyhow, you are correct, I think the majority of the people who move in here will be St Joseph medical center employees or work downtown, just like most other midtowners.

Where did you find that?

Also, that area is held down strongly by HPD task force, undercovers and plainclothes.

Theres nothing to be afraid of walking in that area at night. The few times ive encountered people walking in that part of midtown they were just your random homeless/crackhead, and they are more scared of you than you are of them.

Marshal Law: Texas, season premier on TNT right now
Howard Huge posted a topic in Houston Television
A show centered around US Marshals and their hunt for criminals, the premier episode is in Houston, lots of beautiful skyline shots, and other location shots around the city, even pearland. I dont know if the entire series will be based in Houston or if it will be all over Texas, but the premier is all H-town.- 1 reply

"Metro" has become synonymous with "blunder"
-
Oh my god, I am so surprised. Seriously, I hate Metro so much, for so many years already, and im sick and tired of such an inept, crooked, incompetent bunch of idiotic buffoons running the transit agency of the 4th largest city in the United States. Im raging right now.

This is for you Slik Vik, apparently people who study these things for a living and have millions of dollars at stake, agree with you that uptown needs a light rail line:
