    Finally made the trek way down to Stadium Drive. While driving I noticed the Texas Children's Hospital Meyer Center for Developmental Pediatrics and Autism located at 8080 Stadium Drive. Photos I took today:

    Proposed biomedical tower here! https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/7301-Fannin-St-Houston-TX/30399606/ Seller envisions 7 story building with 3 levels used as parking and 4 levels totaling 64,000sf (16,000st per floor) as clinical labs, research labs, clean rooms, storage for biomedical products and contract manufacturing spaces. The facade reminds me of a Randall Davis development. Should be all glass! Edit: Recently platted as "Stem Cell Reserve Replat No. 1"
