  1. To the toilet bowl? That's a HORRIBLE thing to say about the 'Boys, mate
  2. If I found out I sucked my father's hairy nipple as a kid, I'd be pissed
  3. Look at this guy So I'll give U credit with not adding minor league teams on the list, but professional sports too?! Since when have basketball and soccer not counted as sports? Let's REALLY compare... -Let's see, the Houston Comets have won 4 titles in the 10 years of the WNBA, one less than the 5 Super Bowls the Irving Cowboys have for the past 45 years. Is that the reason why U wouldn't wanna count basketball? -Houston Dynamo win the MLS Cup...on FC Dallas's turf. Is that why U don't wanna count soccer? -The Rockets won 2 championships when Michael Jordan wasn't playing. The Mavericks have won 00000 championships when Michael Jordan wasn't playing. Hmmmmm.... -Best thing to happen to the Astros was winning the pennant. Best thing to happen to the Rangers was when the former owner became President, which has nothing to do with baseball. -The Texans still haven't had .500 season yet, but still manage to beat the Cowboys in their first game? -Dallas Stars: they're cool. Won a Stanley Cup....the only professional championship ever won in Dallas. We Rick James. U Charlie Murphy....
  4. I saw a dude order breast-milk at a McDonalds once. He wanted a McBoobie with titty-tots and a shake...
  5. U think V. Young was overrated at UT? But you right about the one good game thing. Remeber guys, Carr WON his first NFL regular season game with an expansion team. It's just bound to go downhill from there
  6. That would be me. My bad... There seems to be a lot of politicians who like to brush the idea of global-warming and the greenhouse effect aside because all they care about is money now. People need to stop being so nieve, man. Theory or no theory, how people can say that all the pollution us humans cause is helping the earth's environment is like saying Saw III is the feel-good movie of the year, yo. WE affect how polluted our air is. Look at how Houston had the "dirtiest air in America" a few years back. We're still working on it, but you can already see that our cutting down on pollutants can make a difference.
  7. It looked in that tape as if racial slurs wouldn't have started up from the audience if Kramer didn't start dissing the audience first. I HATE racial slurs and such. If I were in the audience, I would have heckled him back hardcore (without going racial, but I probably still would have been inappropriate and dissed him for that rant. Probably would have made fun of his career like that one dude did.) There's a few things wrong from that situation still: 1) Michael Richards has probably been a stand-up comedian for a long time, right? If so, was this REALLY the first time a group of people walked in during his performance? 2) If he were REALLY sorry, why would he wait until Letterman to apologize publicly instead of just apologizing that night on the microphone while the audience was leaving? He just kept going, then he walked off. Then he had to wait until after the night was over to realize how his racial slur rant could be to his career? 3) Would he still have made a public apology the way he did if that dude didn't tape the incident on his phone? It sounds to me like Richards is only going through his actions now to save revenue for that DVD release and prevent a boycott. It also sounds like Jesse Jackson's trying to take as much advantage of this situation as he can. It shouldn't have anything to do with him; it should be resolved face-to-face between Kramer and the guys he was personally targeting (and according to the Today Show, they gave him a chance to meet and apologize to them, but he declined.)
  8. In the words of Big & Rich: "Save a boob, Ride the Timberlake..."
  9. Ah yes. The most memorable halftime show of all time right here in Houston. Thanx, Janet!
  10. Yea, but if I was and she was wearing a bikini on the plane, I'd let her slide...
  11. Actually, I say Ohio State 4 realz! The Buckeyes are a well-oiled machine, with strong linemen and coaching on both sides. The Texans have a first-year head coach whose staff are still trying to adapt, plus the team is just starting a building process. Hate to say it, but the Buckeyes are way more experienced with each other than the Texans are. I say over half their team is NFL ready, too.
  12. That's what he's referring to. Particularly the use of the n-word in music. I think he's addressing the use of it in our pop-culture. I just don't understand why now. Jackson wouldn't have said that if Kramer didn't go awol on the brain, u know. Perhaps he's trying to take advantage of a media moment and make something out of it. As if the Kramergate incident is gonna be seen as something positive. That's all just a media circus to me at this point. Let us internet fans just laugh at Kramergate in peace, yo. Actually, I hear the n***a word more here in Asia than in H-town, ain't that jacked up?! Everytime I walk to the clubs here, a few Korean friends all thugged out will just start spillin' ebonics like crazy. They've studied the slang-dictonary, yo. They'll be like "Sup my nikka; me and me boize be rollin' on dubs like my nikka 2Pac and Biggie role up in da ghetto in da sky! West Coast nikka" etc. Not making this up. I always ask, "yo, do you know what that word means?" And the only response I get is "it meanz you my nikka, nikka!" WTF??? I truly do think that pop-culture and music are the main reason why so many people say versions of the n- word like it's no big deal. People hear it, think it's trendy, and are like "hey, that's cool." That Kramer incident though had nothing to do with saying the n-word as a pop-culture thing. He was deliberately trying to provoke and offend the brothas in the crowd by calling them that in a racist manner. There's a difference between the two subjects, and it's kinda cute to see these civil rights dudes and congress people mix them up as if hip-hop made Kramer say that
  13. Man, that sucks. Alright, Giggidy Giggidy Nah seriously, is this breast-feeding plane hiatus a result of a crackdown from Homeland Security? Can a plane be hijacked with breast-milk as a weapon? Glad to see that the members of HAIF are all well-fed. Rizpekt, rizpekt What plane was this on?!
  14. Now check dis out... http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/ent/ce...es/4362569.html Jesse Jackson wants 2 use this tirade to try to keep the n-word out of the entertainment industry. He's also asking for a boycott of the Seinfeld Season 7 box set released earlier this week (though I'm not sure what Jerry's done wrong. I see now why Kramer wanted to apologize for Jackson first though. Money) A quote from the article... At the press conference, comedian Paul Mooney said he has used the "n-word" numerous times during stand-up performances but will no longer do so after watching Richards' rant. "He's my Dr. Phil," the black comedian said. "He's cured me." Remember "Ask a Black Dude" from Chappelle?
  15. Maybe HAIF can help me. Does anyone remember the old motel near the Texas Medical Center called Domed Stadium Inn located at 8700 South Main Street? My father told me that he once stayed here for business. I was just trying to track down some information regarding this old motel. Given the name, it was also near the Astrodome. Does anyone have any photos, or postcards of the Domed Stadium Inn? Did anyone ever stay here? Share your memories!!
  16. Yo, check it. This is the Today Show interview of the Brothas in da crowd, yo... http://www.thatvideosite.com/video/3641 Were they anywhere NEAR that comedy club when Richards made those comments? The two dudes in the interview look, like, 25-30 years old, yo. I'm black, but I ain't got Sharpton or Jackson's number on my speed-dial, yo. Was Kramer like "yo black peeps, take me to your leader. Perhaps the Man can solve this"?
  17. Ay yo, who came up with the title "If I Did It" in the first place?
  18. Why couldn't he just make money in another country? Is he mandated to stay in the U.S. or something? Someone should tell him to stop wacking his balls on the fareway and get a job, man! Broke ass
  19. Damn. "Sir, wake up and tell me what's wrong..."
  20. Not true. If he were on any kind of heroin, he would have been married to Bobby Brown by now...
  21. Oye to what you mention about O.J. not getting a profit directly off the trial. I thought it was jacked up that he would want the title of his show to be "If I Did It". If he called it "Gimme Cash", maybe the brutal honestly wouldn't have created such a backlash. Wasn't he sued for, like, $33 Million by the victim's families for being held liable for their son/daughter's deaths after the Not Guilty verdict? What has O.J. been doing to pay back other than playing golf? Is he getting some kind of royalties somewhere? Back to that trial, though. Why didn't people care at the time that two murder victims were being exploited into a media circus? I didn't watch ANY of that trial until the day of the "Not Guilty" verdict when all the televisions were brought into our classroom in the 7th grade. People cheered more than anything, some because they thought he was innocent, and some because it was finally over (or so we hoped). All I said was "whatever the jurors say, I'll agree." I guess society didn't agree with me there, huh?
