  2. I spoke with Post. They said plans for this lot have been on hold since they are concentrating their resources on bigger projects. They still plan to do something with the lot and a few different proposals have been passed around. It seems they have not received variance approval on the original plans. I guess this could mean it could be housing, retail, plaza, etc

  9. http://houston.cultu...me-celeb-chefs/ Skanska, which is part of a large Swedish multi-national corporation, also is planning a major office tower in downtown Houston. Skanska will demolish the old Houston Club building at 811 Rusk and start a new office tower shortly. Mondshine said the Skanska downtown tower is in the design stage.

  15. Check out the sidewalk behind the white house. Will be small unfortunately, probably because it backs up to the lady's property line. They are 5' wide and they make a point to go around the electical pole, so it will be 5' throughout.

  22. I think you're right. They said they had some opposition to Phase IV so they decided to sit on that option for a little, but I think they still plan on building there. There is another thread with renderings.
