    There has to be hookups in the units - even small apartments have laundry hookups these days...you can get a washer/dryer combo that is the size of a dishwasher....you can put stackable units in a very small vertical space.

    The old crack houses have finally all been demolished and the entire area is fenced off - I will have some pics as soon as I can get them.

    Not sure if you have even been over here....BBVA compass....new apartments, bike trails, gyms, restaurants, breweries, clubs - it's not as dense as Midtown but to say there is "nothing else" is just not true - I routinely walk or bike to all those "nothings"

    I have lived in EaDo for almost 2 years now (moved from Midtown)....I have no trouble getting food....traffic is non-existent compared to Midtown

    There are still a few blocks of "sketchy" homes left in the area, but it is changing fast - lots of new town homes going up all around it....I would buy a condo there if the price was right

    Explain to me what the HAR listing is -- it appears it's the land for sale with the plans for the condos thrown in if the buyer wants them ?
