    It has to be pretty close to opening -- it looks like the tables and chairs are set up inside - I can see in a bit when I drive by early in the mornings when they have the lights on - the outdoor patio areas have umbrellas ready to go also....

    It looked light they were installing lights near the old Boy Scout building a couple days ago -- I dont know if they are part of the Bagby redo, or part of the Boy Scout building remodel though.....

    Yep - the 2nd floor is above Sprinkles and Paper Source -- the swamplot article (link above) says some of this "secret" space may be open to customers at times...
