  2. From CultureMap in July: Fielding’s Culinary Group will open its third restaurant in the Novel River Oaks luxury apartment development.   7. Thanks for the update. It's appreciated. I wonder if the landowner is also planning to sell the (or sold) the 4212 Woodhead St parcel? At the moment, neither properties show a change in ownership within the county clerk's database.
