I happened to go by this development earlier tonight and I saw that the new restaurant was now open with a line that went out the door and down the building.

I think once they start fleshing out the last few floors and the crown, it will grow on a lot of people.- 1,894 replies

I could see the inner loop having a population close to 500,000 by the end of the decade.

Too another great year in this great city that most of us call home. -

Interesting, I really would have thought that Wells Fargo had a much bigger floor plan. I stand corrected.

I wonder if Houston will ever see towers like Well's Fargo Plaza, Bank of America Tower or Chase tower. 609 Main is is the largest building built in the past few decades, yet it pales in comparison to those other towers. Not only are they taller they are just much bigger. I'm not knocking 609 FYI, I'm very grateful for his sleek tower.

Do many town homes that are four or five stories have elevators? I've lived on third floor walk ups for the past three years and any more then that would start to get real old, fast.

I feel like these are apples and oranges. This sounds more like private sector business oriented/ start up. The UT one sounds like purely research.

How does this have anything to do with UT? This is energy and business related not medical, I don't get why you are even mentioning it.

Tweet at the chron. Business usually respond to being called out on social media especially if a few of us do it. Plus all their followers would see the tweet we sent at least. Works the same for facebook too.

Townhomes At 2020 McGowen St.

Although the gentrification is nice in one way I do agree. I would hate to see this community completely displaced by rising land prices. -
