    Drilling piles.

    They have already started work on the Taylor St. Taco Bell/KFC by the Target and it isn't the new concept store. Went by the Shepherd St. store a couple days ago and nothing has started there yet.

    So talked with the 2 guys working here and both said this will be a gas station/convenience store with tacos. I asked about the underground fuel tanks and they said they haven't been installed yet. Edit: With an awning over the fuel pumps.

    Construction netting on both sides now and they are adding dirt to the old warehouse site now.
