    I hope so Ted Oberg from Channel 13 gave HISD a F for math. HISD added up the wrong costs for these new schools.

    I hope they will build a large United Club. They are all so crowded! They will remodel United Club in Terminal E soon. It has been so bad people put their bags on the chairs. The United employees walk around to tell them to remove their bags so people can sit down.

    On Channel 13 news HISD even though we voted for the bonds. HISD did not anticipate that they need more money, so they don't have the funds to build 14 new schools. I bet this one is on hold.

    Since United is closing call centers in HNL and DTW. Either get laid off, take a package, or work from home. United advise home agents they will send brand new computers. Keyboard, mouse, monitor, two headsets, computer component. AND WILL PAY FOR IT. Since they will make $5 billion this year when you call most likely the agent is at home. The only call centers left are Houston and Chicago.

    flying to CUN this week WN has 2 flights but United has 7 from IAH. And also EWR, IAD, ORD, LAX, SFO, LAX.

    You are so correct. But the marriage did not happen Continental would behind the other AA, DL, WN and lose the IAH hub. If you don't like it that the way it is. United is building a new terminal and is committed to Houston.

    Finally made it back from Dallas, what a nightmare with the weather. One thing I did notice nobody is friendly like Houston. At Whole Foods in Houston at the bar they are talking in French, Spanish, Muslim, Indian, Chinese. Houston is very diverse and in dallas they know idea we have a huge Chinatown and India town off Harwin. Everybody is so friendly here. Almost all my clients don't live in Dallas. I think Plano must have their own blog. They live Irving, Richardson, Plano, Addison and hate Dallas. I was shocked so Austin will surpass Dallas in 10 years in population. Dallas leaders need to get companies that will locate to Dallas downtown because it is very empty. They have light up buildings but they are still empty.

    Very good question since IAH is the largest hub. Remember Chicago paid United $40 million to move there. It is very expensive to live with all their taxes. If the state and the city offered a package they could move into 609 Main! It would be called United Continental Tower.

    Houston is not doomed! Hines most likely will tear down the property and hold it when it is time. Hines then will build another spectacular supertall. Remember everything he built here and made Houston what it is.

    54 floors is a different story. Take a drive through there and look at all the activity. Everything going up is $1 million and more.

    Everyone calm down. Even if it had a design of the Trump Tower in Chicago most likely will not get built. I have a memo from Vermont Terrace which I cannot release. They do not want a tower that tall in their neighborhood. I did warn you it is ugly! I did not make this up but they are tearing down old apartment complexes in that area. They call every day to buy my properties. At 2329 Mimosa Randall Davis wants to buy that property also on a 12,550 square foot lot.

    The company is from Santa Fe Artesian Eclipse LLC and the owner is Yates Petroleum. I have properties off Mimosa so everybody in River Oaks may not know about this yet, but the will now! Send more pictures soon with a better image.
