    The traffic will be a gridlock and Westheimer is a mess with potholes! Watch out Afton Oaks a lot of cars will cut through there.

    Are they ever going to do something with the Trinity River. Houston's grand opening of the new Buffalo Bayou Park is Saturday. They did a amazing job. 4,000 trees planted, built two lakes, thousands of plants. New LED lights and 3 bridges. Clean up the bayou and added Texas native plants. It is very cool. Thousands will there Saturday with music and fireworks. Come on down the weather will be great!

    There is always a backup between the spur and 288. There 6 six lanes on 59 goes to 3 lanes. Everybody takes the spur but then cut in front of vehicles on 59. Sometimes there a cops right at the spur that catches them. I think they should double deck it. Or tear it down with to levels like the LBJ freeway in Dallas.

    In addition to this building being on Greenbriar just North of the Greenbriar Post Office building which is itself supposedly for sale this prime space has had a much larger impact on the surrounding neighborhood. In the late 80's and early 90's the shopping center on the East side of Greenbriar was "ground zero" for partying clubs, restaurants and nightlife. However due to Downtown opening up and due to continual complaints from the "St. Germain" foundation many of the businesses lost their liquor licenses. The shopping center never recovered. However it is now purportedly owned by HEB and may not have the same encumbrances as it had in the past. Stay tuned.

    Forbes rated Houston number 1 as the fastest growing city 2015. Austin number 2 and Dallas number 3, but that might include DFW. You guys are tied at the hip.

    I went to El Big Band before the Astros game. We sat on the second floor balcony and was very loud construction noise. There are a lot workers there. Once the bottom floors are done it will rise quickly. The Astros are on a skid.

    Two cranes for a garage? I don't thinks so.... think, they are building this tower.

    Which floor(s) do you think that the FBI will rent apartments in that will have the best view of the Chinese consulate roof? My understanding is that the consulate does not need all of the dishes on their roof just to have Xfinity or Direct T.V.

    On skyscraperpage.com the Houston diagram does show it will be as tall up to the 60th floor of the Chase Tower. What a impact it will make!

    The crown may be very close to the observation deck of the Chase tower.

    They are pulling out of IAH, the last flight is October 23rd. They cannot even fill 46 business class seats due to the oil turbulence.

    Yes Dallas and all of Texas keep shining. Houston will the third largest city by 2020 we should be happy about all of Texas!

    So glad he is gone. But he got so much money, kept his Porche. He can fly United first class for life! And will get another $10,000,000. The flights attendants might throw a drink at him. I love United Continental Holdings. Now that the consolidation all the US airlines have the worst on time arrival Southwest is the worst. But Delta, American, United, Southwest don't care anymore. United needs Gordon Bethune again.
