Catalyst: Multifamily High-Rise At 1475 Texas Ave.
monarch replied to TowerSpotter's topic in Downtown
well let's please remember that PHOENICIA MARKET is also (in the rear entry) of OPP. this particular retail establishment is definitely well known throughout the CBD. however, i am thinking that the small retail concept may be exclusive to the tenants as per OPP itself....- 911 replies

The Galleria Mall At 5085 Westheimer Rd.
monarch replied to TreaderCRC's topic in Uptown and Galleria Area
much obliged as per the information houston19514. i guess that it just seems that neiman marcus galleria, is just waaaay too small and extremely crowded. sometimes, you can barely walk in that store without being afraid of knocking something off of a table / rack / display. i have never ever felt this way when i'm shopping at galleria saks. i really love neimans.. i just wish that they would construct a better more modern, and yet comfortable store. -
maybe this site's cleanup won't take as long as the macy's / foley's site did. this would be great for everyone involved... especially downtown workers!

The Galleria Mall At 5085 Westheimer Rd.
monarch replied to TreaderCRC's topic in Uptown and Galleria Area
hey, my great pal htownlive, do you have any form of insight as to when will neiman marcus completely renovate / expand their highly antiquated galleria store? or heck, tear it down and rebuild a newer more modern luxury masterpiece along the lines of saks 5th avenue. i am aware, that their houston store is currently the chains number #1 in sales. however, everyone knows that this current galleria edifice is indeed too small and quite antiquated. you would think that they shall be currently making renovation / expansion plans, in light of the new forthcoming saks store.... right? -
please HAIF JW MARRIOTT patrons, please continue alerting us as per your experiences at this gorgeous new downtown hotel facility. purpledevil, our HAIF stalwart.. works for marriot corporate. this may be a brilliant part of their pre grand opening strategy to iron out all of the minor deficiencies until the actual grand opening appears. i would think that this would indeed be a wonderful tool for purpledevil to help / assist the Marriott management as per any ongoing minor issues....
