    The Sovereign plan was to be included with Regent Square but instead the developers broke apart. Either way its getting built, if it is the construction on region square it would probably be phase 2.

    Downtown residential highrise's being planned by Marquette Cos. Totaling more the 350 units. (We just wish the city had a winning basketball team like Chicago did 20 years ago.) The City's new retail strategy, focus on parks, and residential incentive all point to a submarket about to take off. He's doing due diligence on a few sites, and tells us he'd like to develop a couple high-rise projects totaling about350 units Downtown.     That's the same exact place I was thinking about...Museum District. With a lot of developments, renovations, and redevelopments going on I wouldn't doubt it.

    Really great news! It also seems like a perfect time for one and I hope the new plan will be at the same scale they was proposed on BLVD Place.
