Amlaham
El Bolillo Bakery will be constructing a building on this lot. It looks like they have 2 other locations in Houston and their bakeries are quite nice IMO! One of their other locations 2
IntheKnowHouston
Five months after a TDLR filing, Houston Chronicle finally informs its readers about El Bolillo's plans for a new retail location on Fountain View. Details are unsurprisingly light. Also, the address was omitted. El Bolillo is coming to 3507 Fountain View Dr. "El Bolillo Bakery is expanding to two more locations, bringing its total number of shops up to five in the Houston area. The Mexican bakery chain announced its was opening a Mission Bend location sometime in April provided there are no hiccups. A Fountain View shop is also on the way and will open at an undetermined date." https://www.houstonchronicle.com/food-culture/restaurants-bars/article/popular-mexican-bakery-houston-expands-two-17839291.php 2
