  3. If the developer wants/needs more to go on this 21-acre site than just a few mid- to large big box stores, stacking in some form seems logical especially if there is a multifamily or other component planned. Just to compare--property acreage of nearby large retail: Targets - 9.2, 13.5, 9.3 acres; Wal-Marts - 15.9, 16.0 acres; Home Depots - 10.5, 9.6; Lowes - 12.7, 12.5; Academy - 5.1Kohls - 4.2Costco/LA Fitness stack - 13.6REI/Academy/Michaels/Petco/DSW mix at Voss/Westheimer - 18.2Sam's Club - 15.8, 14.0

  14. I don't see Dumbledore's chair in that rendering.
  15. Last night I noticed La Branch and Austin were completely dug up around the HCC Central campus. Looks like these pedestrian only streets are happening: http://central.hccs.edu/news/big-change-to-centrals-parking-garage.html
  16. A reserve site platted many months back suggests they own the vacant lot south of W. Alabama between the Spur, Travis, and the exit ramp. I've assumed this is where a phase II will be.
  17. The view may be changing, but this spot is now an optimum McVantage point. Based on that line, I'd say those Quarter Pounders are flying off the freezer shelf!
