This project is almost definitely happening. All of the stores on the property have big red and yellow signs that say "CLOSING" or "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS" an d there's a fence around the back side of the property.

There are no stupid questions. It's not for sure until dirt starts moving. Nothing is. For all we know, the economy could collapse tomorrow and all proposed projects would be canceled. Of course, the chances of this happening is extremely low, but my point is, as I stated above, that we can't be sure a project will happen until it actually happens.- 104 replies
