They currently own the housing project at Main and 69 (4610 Main St). A portion of it is within the expanded ROW for the trenching of 69. I could see this being part of the replacement housing for that.
Urbannizer
This is actually outside Midtown, but still pretty central at Hadley & Roberts St.

This is based off the map Urbannizer posted from the Youtube video. Located in the greater Third Ward area, the development appears to be about three blocks. Tierwester St, Webster St, Roberts St, and Mcllhenny St border the properties. Hadley St is also located along a section of the development. Going off the map, it appears there are plans to abandon Trulley St in the future. houstontexasjack
I’m curious if this is intended as an addition to their available housing in Midtown (some of the Midtown site is slated for demo for the I-69 trenching) or intended as a full replacement of it.
