The parcels are 1409 W 12th St, 1413 W 12th St, and 1417 W 12th St. According to county records, 1409 W 12th St and 1417 W 12th are owned by entities connected to Tommie Vaughn Ford. 1413 W 12th St is owned by a family that previously owned 1409 W 12th St until last January. I assume Tommie Vaughn Ford and or those associated with the car dealership may purchase 1413 W 12th St if hasn't already changed hands recently.
