hindesky
Saw this plat several weeks ago, thought it might be a townhouse farm but now seems to be a small apartment project. Jonathan Farb grandson of Harold Farb, built the two buildings next to this that are now called The Parker. https://farbhomes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/HC_12_2013_3.pdf https://farbhomes.com

MrFubbles
Really hoping this size and shape of development catches on. Leagues better than the townhome farms all over the area
LiverpoolTX
I'm struggling with scale here. How many tenants/owners are expected to live here. Like is this two massive townhomes? or 8 units? or?
Texasota
With the little peaks they're showing into the windows it looks like at least 8 units. This is such a fantastic scale. That's my biggest disappointment with the livable places/multi-unit residential platting update ordinance - the 30' height limit. Hug improvement over the current 2unit limit, but id love to see these little 5 story guys made as easy to develop as possible.
hindesky
It's a pretty deep property, I could see 16 units.

hindesky
New sign shows this will be rental apartments. When the port a pottie shows up, workers will follow.
MrFubbles
My current favorite development in Houston. Reminds me of the gentle density in Brooklyn, Sydney or LA. Hopefully more developers will be able to use this as a mold Do we know how many parking spots this will have? Looks like 1 per unit?

That could make sense then. They could have these nicer apartments and allow them access to the community pool, clubroom, fitness center, etc.
