From Houston Business Journal today:

With almost half the units unsold and a topping out date approaching, a luxury Museum District condo project is expected to see improving sales in the coming weeks, its developer said.

The Mondrian has about nine units for sale, including a penthouse, as it nears its topping out in mid-February, said PJ Jamea, a co-founder of Oxberry Group, the developer of the project.

Units start at about $1.3 million, and new residents are planning to move in around late August or early September.

While it would’ve been nice to have a full glass facade, it really would’ve been a waste of money for the developer since that side of the building backs up to another lot.
