I talked with a Harvey employee today who let me know the tower crane will be dismantled in a few weeks. Tricky, because I also saw a new retaining wall going up! I thought this was back on. The employee told me they are finishing the garage and will stop there. I wonder if there will even be a public plaza with retail and a park? In the renderings there was a little park space plaza. I guess that is also on hold. What happened to Houston's life science sector? All of the projects in development have stalled. Today I noticed the heavy equipment has been removed at the BCM Health Sciences Park site. On their website, they have a donation button to be apart of the funding for the new tower. TMC Helix Park, Levit Green, TMC BioPort, Texas A&M Innovation Plaza, and possibly the new BCM Health Sciences Park have all suffered financially.
