"Verdine, a restaurant in the Heights, will shutter on July 31...owner Stephane Hoban explains that she has accepted an offer to end her lease early." I think they would do quite well in the Heights, but I suppose another burger place was a non-starter given that Hopdoddy is already firmly entrenched at that location. (Reza Ebrahimi and Vahid Tabrizi) purchased the commercial development at 444 W 19th St. Blue Ox Group announced the news in August: "JUST CLOSED! 📍Heights Waterworks - Historic retail redevelopment space at the intersection of W. 20th and Nicholson St. in the heart of The Heights.
