LS27
Does anyone have any idea what is going on at 319 St. Emanuel? Looks like an industrial warehouse is being renovated. I have not been able to take any pictures, but this is a screenshot of the warehouse from google maps:
HoustonMidtown
Does anyone have any idea what is going on at 319 St. Emanuel? Looks like an industrial warehouse is being renovated. I have not been able to take any pictures, but this is a screenshot of the warehouse from google maps: st emanuel.jpg I drive by daily - they have been working on it for several weeks - inside and outside....they are really doing a lot of rehab work on it... They have redone the sidewalks and curbs around the entire building and several blocks around it also... I will try to get pics the next time I go by... I googled the address and get lots of for sale/for rent information about the building, I can't figure out if it sold or if it is still for sale/lease though Edited October 30, 2014 by HoustonMidtown

thedistrict84
From my understanding, this warehouse is home to a local real estate developer's private car collection. I think that helps explain the overall Area 51-vibe of the building and the fact that security is always present on site. (I know who it is and what kind of collection is there, but don't know that disclosing those details in a public forum is the best idea)

I wonder what’s going on with the appeal on that multi-million dollar verdict against Urban Living for using that firm’s architectural plans without permission?
