The filing lists 28320 Northwest Freeway (28320 Highway 290) as the address. This is the site of Brewingz, a local sports bar mini-chain specializing in chicken wings, which means this location is closing. In addition to the forthcoming Cypress location, In-N-Out Burger is also opening two more Houston area restaurants. One is coming to 1717 Lake Woodlands Dr in the Woodlands. This will be located at 28320 Northwest Freeway, which was previously the site of Brewingz. The renderings were shared in a Facebook group earlier this week. Nearly five months later, Houston Chronicle reports In-N-Out Burger as possibly planning a location in Cypress' Fairfield Town Center. The California burger chain will be located at 28320 Northwest Freeway (28320 Highway 290). As previously posted, the California burger chain is opening an outpost at Fairfield Town Center in Cypress. The address is 28320 Northwest Freeway (28320 Hwy 290).
