arche_757
Hard to imagine Kingwood with this! But that's great! In 20 years Houston will have quite a few "mature" towns scattered around the periphery of the city proper. I'll be really pleased when something of this scale happens down Webster/League City way! Seems to be the only part of the metro that doesn't have any forward thinking projects like this... at all!

TowerSpotter
A bit more about this project here, two small office towers are also possible:http://www.transwestern.net/Flyers/Houston/retail/flyers/KingwoodParc/KingwoodParc_Brochure.pdf The 2 towers on page 10 is for another development in Pearland, Parks at Boulder Creek. Maverick Group partnered with same developer who is behind Kingwood Parc. Construction is said to have begun this past spring. Anyone know? http://www.maverickgrouponline.com/commercial.html http://www.maverickgrouponline.com/plats/houston/theparks/new%20brochure.pdf Edited June 29, 2014 by TowerSpotter

Nate99
Will someone please give me a status on this project and on the other one near it? Nothing has changed that I can see.
Nate99
Good news.... It includes an office tower( kind of hard to see on the rendering in the backyard) This sign has been beaten by the weather enough that it has torn and is drooping off the frame. I'm guessing this project is extremely dormant.
