Vertigo58
Best comedic ending to a memberTopic: Buffalo Spurway Owner: PhD (Plastic) Best Quote: CE_ugh Worst Lie: PhD Even funnier is there is a current member called Meltedplastic. Will the be Sonofplastic, etc? I honestly thought he was a foreign exchange student just having trouble with the language barrier? If you see foreign language forums, it or he appeared the same. Or maybe he was just plain insane.

Gary
I can see the consistant sarcasm/humor/flame bait in RedScare, but I am thinking otherwise regarding quality, hence my nomination for member to most likely to cause a topic to be locked still stands alone on this one. No one can top him.Quality humor. . . ., he has his moments, quality HAIF posts. . . not so much. although he can get me started from time to time, my intuition tells me that Red is probably a pretty nice guy in person. As far as quality of posts, I couldn't dissagree more. Red has been a big contributer to HAIF since I've been here.

Vertigo58
Millennicca is the one that was truly of value. (Her name suddenly popped into my head while in flight) The lady had such, such wealth of knowledge and insite. A walking enclyclopedia. We welcome those like her any day/occassion, etc. The West Coast always has such great contributions to Haif.
JLWM8609
Must mention the ones most likely to bring up Houston's oldest and almost, but not forgotten, neighborhoods and note on HAIF in great detail:JLWM8609 LarryDallas Spikey2 Plumber2 Poppahop Fez1964 and many Thanks for taking some us all back to a very carefree & fun time in our lives, childhood memories in this city. Big pat on the back. Cheers! Thanks for the mention! I don't really check this particular forum out a lot, so this one almost totally slipped the radar. It's funny, I'm probably one of the younger members here, but somehow, I can comment on the history of forgotten neighborhoods in great detail. Go figure! I guess having an interest in history, researching said neighborhoods, living in a historic neighborhood and being interested in preservation helps. I give good credit to everyone that has a passion for our cities history! By the way I was driving down Hutchins street the last week and more beautiful old homes are now gone. Other topic I know. Dowling street now looks tooo different. Too modern. Keep up trying to get good old stories from family, friends etc. There is still too much to be told! I know a professional seamtress that can recreate anything and i do mean anything! She could use the originals and copy just as if it were knew. Keep in mind the waists have grown just a tiiiiiiny bit since 83-84. Your on your own with the Flock of Seagulls do.

Had a recent response on an East End topic so has to be on the top selection. There used to be some good "players" joining in from the ChannelView and Northshore areas but they seemed to vanish into Haif oblivion.
