I call BS, neither of them mentioned each other on the radio, plus, why did he bring over Michele Fisher of KRBE instead of Maria Todd. Lies, lies, lies. He screwed Maria over by choosing Michele. BTW, no one has answered my question about the audio clip on his website that indicated Sam and Maria were a pair on KHMX at one time.

I think it was Surfer's Paradise, they likely shared the same tropical theming as Rain Forest Caf -

Red Robin I know for sure, and yes. . . they was and maybe still is a water fall like decor, but I think that was part of the club before Drink Houston took over. I think it was Surfer's Paradise. -
I was around the 12/26, and the security guard mentioned 1/12. Maybe they bumped it up a week, but MLK day makes sense, but it is usually cold throughout February too. They should have kept it at least until Valentines Day weekend. BTW, it looks much smaller in person than the photos reveal. Kinda disappointing.

huh, you are kidding me right? I've been at the Marq*E Center when it first opened, and Vann's Skate Park was still around. There was NEVER ever a Rain Forest Caf -

Yeah, you must be mistaking this for Sharpstown Mall. I don't see the riff raff you speak of, just a bunch of wannabe gansta kids, but it's all cosmetic, nothing to fear. -
I lost money! So so so lame. Let's do this again! HWY6, thanks again for creating a detail tracking table. Much appreciated.

These type of threads are like crack for me, but I must resist and stay away.

Dubai Goes Bust (CBS News video)

Nice post Wayne, gotta share that on facebook. At least they won't be hogging up resources anymore. It was a bit out of control with the explosive increase in building projects. -
I really liked the look of the Titan, would rather see it put on hold, instead of scrapped.

Seriously tactless way to share the news, especially over the phone and more so during the Christmas vacation. I'd try just consulting company like I did back in 2003 when I was laid off. It was supposed to be only 6 months, but it lasted over 4 years. It was pretty painless on Monster.com, but then again, the economy was not what it was now. Niche, I hope you find what you want. You are a very intelligent person, and I am surprised the last company did not value you. It's a very "break up with a Post-It note/Carrie Bradshaw" moment, yes.

Who was the firefighter, Marty? nevermind To be associated with something so tasty with honey mustard, can't be bad. Was thinking the exact same thing too.

The Mercer: Condominium High-Rise At 3388 Sage Rd.
Pumapayam replied to a topic in Uptown and Galleria Area
The building was almost half way built. With all the exposure, the structure is probably getting mold infested on the inside and should be torn down. At least the prime lot can host a different structure now, better suited for the current densification of that area.- 106 replies

Sweet. Maybe now they will allow pets to be on the property too. -
I would pick a nice area of Westbury, as long as your are not in a flood plain or near riff-raff.

As someone living in a house that I plan to live in forever, I could care less. Less taxes for me if my house is devalued. Yay!

That's painful to look at, but at least I am still within a reasonable margin to the original value.

Sharpstown Mall/PlazAmericas At 7500 Bellaire Blvd.
Pumapayam replied to swzine's topic in Other Houston Neighborhoods
No so, unlike Sharpstown Mall, West Oaks had a complete renovation similar to Memorial City. Looks wise, Sharpstown looks dated and the collection of stores within is questionable.- 255 replies

It's snowed once while I was in school, which was 1998-2002.

Nice flakes here too, wish I had my camera.
