    I don't think a new theme park near Tanger is needed, there's Kemah Boardwalk and Pleasure Pier nearby.

    Seems to be right. The link does say they plan to add a new project, and the name of the new owners of Galleria Plaza is on the rendering.

    First Canandian Place in Toronto. The building was recladded, and has a more clean look to it now. Something like this for JP Morgan Chase Tower would be nice. Before: After:

    The more I look at the design, the more I love it. I think this project for downtown is now the one I'm most excited about. I believe the Marriot Marquis will have a lit top as well. Skyhouse will have lighting too, but not as noteworthy as the others.

    Yep. The pdf file dates back to 2009. I don't see that project happening, not anytime soon at least.

    I believe HKS is the architect. I'm sure we'll see better renderings when the project is announced officially by the developer.

    446-unit mixed-use tower by Gables Residential. Manhattan Construction is the GC; construction expected to begin early next year. I'm guessing this is the 2nd phase to BBVA Compass Plaza, but I'm not entirely sure. I don't remember Gables ever being a part of that development team. I counted 36-floors.
