Took a trek into Pierce Junction this week. Went along Holmes road in between the abandoned light rail track and the TRRC live tracks. You are right lots of sharp bushes growing! Ouch! Walking down the tracks leads you to a dirt road in PJ. The abandoned tracks had a 66 sign posted.

Will this shopping center become a mixed-use high-rise development at some point? Probably one of the nicer strip centers along Post Oak. 10 to 15 years for redevelopment?

Noticed the AIA is doing is doing a master plan and new school. The school campus is located on 12825 Summit Ridge Dr. that is off Highway 90/South Main. https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/TABS/Search/Project/TABS2020022093 It will go on on the left. Looks like they have a lot of future expansion as well.
