    Well drinking wise, you cant miss Howl at the Moon on the corner of Louisiana @ Hadley in Midtown and/or Pete's Dueling Piano Bar at Houston Pavilion.

    Checking it out, it seems like a cool idea but then again it makes me run into the same problem i have with restaurants like IHOP/Denny's. Too many options to make, and that frustrates me.

    I know the improvements brian was talkin about are improvements at HCC Central Campus. It seems like to me in the article you have lockmat, they are talking about a completely brand new campus. Thats my guess

    Im cheap enough to hit up a Cinemark before noon for their 5 dollar a ticket movies. Thats a better deal for me.

    Yeah, those west texas wind turbines are so spotty when it comes to working. just for show would be cool... all the time is better than sometimes like the uptown waterwall exterior...either you're on all the time or not at all! be just my luck trying to show off DT in the future and someone says, "I don't see any wind turbines moving, you're full of crap!"

    I just hope that the turbines, no matter how they rotate will be visible on top of DT. I want to see them move!

    Yeah Which Wich has been open for a few months, I haven't tried it so I can't give my opinion. I do miss that Cold Stone though. Their Chocolate Devotion is incredible

    I've had two HPD report cards put on my car at my apartment so far this year. I failed the first, learned from my mistake and got a pass the second time. I applaud HPD for this, they really are trying to help. I also heard them doing this at this years rodeo.

    I honestly dont get why the rendering is of such bad quality. I cant tell what it is made of or whats going to be on it. I can't tell if it's going to look awesome or crappy. ERRRRGGH!

    I agree with you ricco about liking the previous design. I think the more creative and interesting in Houston creates more buzz. Also it gives people a reason to come visit that part of town, that most have never been to and see how great it is. creating interesting bridge > more ordinary bridge. my opinion
