    I believe they stated last week that part of the reason they were doing away with the food trucks was because the redevelopment was starting up full swing. I think we should begin to see work being done relatively soon.

    Certainly would be nice to have an easily accessible picture of the latest renderings at the top of each thread. I come across that problem a lot.

    First one is similar to Lockmats but the second is from the parking garage. Hadn't seen a picture of that view so I decided to get one.

    Is it just me or is that a heck of a lot of concrete for a McDonalds? This really puts into perspective how much space the Astoria is working with, which isn't much compared to their neighbor.

    This has to be the fastest fast food restaurant installation I've ever seen

    I spoke with one of the engineers working on this project and he told me that with this being geared more towards the family crowd, the average person is going to find this project disappointing. He said the ones calling the shots are hell bent on having this park be a certain way, that is until demand for more roller coasters and thrill seeking rides forces them to change their point of view.
