  1. Hunker down!

Oh my gosh, this is going to be fun.

Don't forget to tape your windows and then leave the tape on forever. I hate when people did that last time.

Man, I hate storms and the local news.

Every time my aunt goes out of town and I have to tend to her pool, something like this happens.

  2. I looked up heel spurs, but I don't think it's that. It's primarily found in middle aged men and people with a history of foot problems. Granted my feet are weird. Apparently I have my grandfather's feet whatever that means. I think it must be over extension of those tendons.

  3. Now I'm getting excited about Artest. Usually when one of our teams makes a big acquisition, it's pretty divided and I don't know enough to know any better. Everyone's enthusiastic about this one. They better stay healthy.

for it to be happening on both....maybe it's your shoes.

    I don't think it's that.

Sometimes when I do a work out incorporating a lot of steps, like step aerobics, there's a popping or crackling sensation in my heels. Like they need to be oiled.

As long as I'm rambling on like an old person, hasn't anyone been getting bit by those long red ants? I'm not kidding, I've gotten bit by one about every two weeks since June. It hurts like maddness and then the next day it swells up big and ugly. I can't recall getting bit like this before. My left wrist is swollen right now.

  5. After rewording some of my searches I think it's my Achilles tendons, bit it doesn't hurt in my calf. Only behind my foot.

Those health websites are so disgusting! They had a picture of some guy's leg cut open with his tendons hanging out.

  6. Does anyone know anything about foot problems?

Ok, I've described my problem to Google, but I cannot find an answer and I'm getting frustrated.

Lately both of the backs of my feet, just above the heel, directly behind my ankles have been very tender and sore. I run my finger across it and it hurts. It kind of feels like someone ran into the backs of my feet with a grocery cart or something. You know how that feels. In the mornings they're very stiff and it takes a minute for them to warm up. I stretch them usually before I get out of bed in the mornings, but they're still stiff and later still sore to the touch. I exercise regularly. Any clue as to what could be wrong with me?

  7. I hear his name a lot so I figure he's alright. Didn't know which team he played for, though.

    Edited:

I guess I know why his name sounded familiar. Folks on the chron.com say this fellow is a thug.

  8. I don't have much of a preference when it comes to local news. When it's time for the 10 o' clock news, I just turn it on whichever: 2, 11 or 13.

I avoided all local news last week because I knew they'd just be standing around in puddles and making "Hello Dolly" puns for the entire newscast and I wasn't in the mood for it.
