KatieDidIt:
They look like the Ozbornes in this picture.
I was just about to post the exact same comment and saw that you beat me.
Is that the family?
They look classy nevertheless.

I think she's hoping to become the Paris Hilton of Houston. I'm a little embarrased for her. I think she'll look back on this ten years from now and cringe.
Check out this video:

I thought jinx was when you say the same thing at the same time.
Like, OMG!
-
Oh, Erica Rose! She does (or did) movie review segments on that show "Wild About Houston" and she was terrible. She looked so uncomfortable.
-
I heard that there was a woman from Houston and one from Galveston on this season's "The Bachelor", unless I misread. I don't watch it, though.
-
I forgot about Ima Hogg. My dad was always telling me about her when I was little.
-
Nevermind. She looks more her age here:
Roseanne Rogers has a neat section with photos on her website of Houston society:

A couple of celebretards hanging at the Thrash house:
I love this one:

sevfiv:
yes, she is about 54
Really? She looks 20-years younger in pictures I've seen.
-
Doe anyone know how old Becca Thrash is?
-
Thanks. I don't remember it happening. Whenever it happened.KatieDidIt:I think Kenyon died of some sort of sudden heart problem.
Pumapayam:I don't know here name, but she is old like Carolyn.
-
Speaking of Carolyn Farb, I asked this queston before but never got an answer: how did her son die? I was once on her website and there was a page dedicated to the memory of her son. Looking at the picture he looked strong and athletic. I was curious about what happened to him. I think he passed away a couple of years ago.

Who do you think are Houston's most prominent socialites, not only of today, but of all time?

Here's an article from a few days ago:

Okay, so, when is the MLB trade thing?
-
Thanks, skwatra.
the braves are decent, and play us well. they also hate us (knocked them out of the NLDS the last two years), and don't want us to win our division on their soil. That's right, I forgot about that 18-inning game and the Chris Burke homerun last season.
Pettitte can sometimes he shaky. I hope he does well tonight.
-
I've never really noticed any Biggio quirks except for how he stretches his back before he bats.
Someone tell me, what do they mean by a half a game back? I don't understand that. So if they win half of the game tonight then they're tied with SL?
Are the Braves good? I don't keep up with the other sports team. Though right now of course I'm keeping one eye on the Cards and Reds.
A couple of my mom's friends drove to Atlanta this morning to cheer on the Astros. The more Astros fans, the better.
-
I hope this is a big comeback season for the Rockets.
-
They should switch Jason Hirsh with Chris Sampson. Can they do that? He's much better.
And he's hot, too. I took this picture in June. First I had ever seen of him:
-
I have hope, but I'm not going to get it up too high. I know they have a chance and I'll leave it at that for now. I'll wait until (if) they get to the playoffs and then officially go on a fan frenzy.
I love the buzz in Houston when one of our teams are doing well. It's something positive for the local madia to focus on for a change and it just feels good.
If all falls through then so be it. I'll look forward to April!
-
Jason Hirsh makes me nervous.
-
It sucks that they still suck.
-
I was told the groundbreaking would happen in October.
-
Thanks for the pictures!
It was depressing but nice to see it at least still standing (via FreakyDude's pictures). Then you scroll down a little and J.A.S.O.N ruins it by posting pictures of it being demolished.
Now I'm both sad and nostalgic.

Yeah, but I thought it was for Adidas.

Jinx!
Woo hoo!
Edit: Well it was before I edited it.
