    I am currently leasing a loft, so I wouldn't know what the maintanance fee is based on. You can hear your neighbors in the next unit, but its very minimal noise. Other than that, its a great place to live in. Very quiet for the most part.

    So then is hypocrisy by the government? I mean, first you tell me that driving while drunk is illegal but yet you will offer parking to make it a high probability to break the law?

    "713 to 214"...i know its not illegal to drink and then drive ( as long as your not intoxicated) but what is the probability that people go to bars and come out legally drunk?

    All i'm saying if people know that they are going to bars to drinks...how come establishments encourage drinking and driving by providing parking lots to their patrons?

    Good thinking I found this thread because I want to built my own house too. I am looking to built a one story spacious home. I am into more of the modern architecture.
