    Thanks, I went with Aztec Rental since it was a bit cheaper than Waste Mgmt and had immediate availabilty.

    I am not affiliated with Republicans or Democrats, but we all can agree that OBAMA will win the presidency. McCain and Palin ticket is probably the worst duo ever coming out of the Republican party. Just an opinion folks.

    I think so...he will close at 164k...but did know that the townhome next to him (same sq foot, interior etc...) now there are selling it for 144k.
