He said he will back up the request to add ADA ramps and restripe the crosswalk on the east side of Shepherd as requested. He said it could take about a month to do if approved.. we will see

3423 is currently Lilith’s Way which also houses The Montrose Forge those renderings show the building wrapped around in a long ramp presumably to meet ADA — is it me or are those things horrible looking? Are there other ways to make a space accessible?

I strongly believe we need more fast casual options that will get more daily patronage from locals than these places that sell $39 entrees. I really hope that not everything needs to be elevated just to pay rent. For example, why don’t we have a poké place or any Colombian food? A place like Mi Pueblito would kill it out here

They didn’t finish the bike lanes to shepherd and Durham because the big Shepherd/Durham project will tie it together. A separate project will add wide shared use path to the north end of 11th all the way to TC jester

Yes, it is that building. Who knows if they will rip it out. I just figured the renderings didn’t include it because maybe they didn’t have the design elements or something. Will be interesting to know!

Does anyone know what the remodel entails? It would be really smart if they made the chick fil a somewhat friendly and welcoming to trail users but I doubt they are thinking about that
