You do realize this is Texas, right? Automobile is still king in this great state. I dont know of any stable human that moves to a city so they can ride a train. I know of many people that move to particular cities for employment, housing, schools, not trains.

Theres nothing wrong with that Marty. I told you before, my boys could shoot the heel off a squirrel by the time they were 8. I taught them about the use of firearms and firearm safety. I taught them how to hunt and how to clean and eat what they hunted. I also taught them hand to hand combat. I also taught them "the rule". "The Rule" is, bow to NO man and raise your hand to NO woman. They are not lunatics out committing murder but get on thier bad side, and they are more than capable of putting a world of hurt on ya ;) The behavior exibited by the kid in the first video doesnt fit in my world.

This guys comments didnt offend me, i have heard things that are very offensive about jewish people in my presence without the person speaking sucj garbage knowing that i am jewish. It can be very eye-opening to say the least Business wise, i happen to work with a lot of jews. Come to think of it, out of my team of 12, 7 members are jewish. Maybe we are taking over the world

Always nice to see abandoned buildings and homes go away. I wonder what will happen to the poor people in the area that are renters, not home owners? I would imagine that the rents are currently cheap. How much longer will they remain cheap when the price and value of land around them rises?

You are correct if they subscibe to building out and not up. If they built up more then i think it may change. I personally like the wide open spaces and trees myself. ;)

I didnt think there was any guest parking, but i wasnt sure. Thanks for the info. The lack of guest parking and price will 86 this building for me/him. The crime around 2016, from what i gather from many posters here, is due large in part to the bus station. I have no concerns for my boys safety, he can handle himself. Im more concerned about the wife visiting him and having to deal with some silly, drunk or cracked out bastard harrassing her. I will drive around the area this Fri. and Sat. to get a better perspective.

I did look at this one. I cannot tell if it has guest parking or not. I know that 2016 does. Does this building have guest parking? The price is still a bit high for me Im looking for just my soon to be 20 yr old at the moment, but i have 2 sons. What i get for one, the other is usually not too far behind, so gotta stay in budget
