There's a Starbucks in the Humble building/ Springwood Suites - right across the street from the old Macy's building.

Ben's Beans is also on Dallas, across from 4 seasons

I feel like there's a Starbucks in the tunnels too

It's what I would do if I got a zillion dollars but I really hate driving to the galleria

I do think Astros meant city money as opposed to federal funds

Especially since once you stop construction everyone who had gotten experience working on the rail road is let go and they lose their workforce

I noticed that they took care to include the abandoned Days Inn, but not 2nd Sky House 

I've seen this a couple of times but assumed it was staging for something else

So they want 3 restaurants- and we got a completion date of 2018

That aerial view is so nice on the first page - the Dynamo stadium really pops out with the orange seats.  It also puts front and center the lots that have been developed next to Discovery Green and GRB

As for the RFQ, I'd be interested to know why no one wants to touch it - it does look like a prime spot especially if the neighboring building is offering its first couple of floors for leasing as well

That is true - its amazing how there's nothing in that area to cater to the townhouse denizens

Why not when they are ripping up westheimer for the drainage work just install a subway?  Cut and cover - and then it could hit all the good spots too

I always thought the Sakowitz building was one that Apple could remodel as a store - probably inspired by the "open" design inside (the garage)
