    So I get on San Felipe to see if they put up the London House tower crane and see a huge AT crane, I'm think it's breaking down after setting the tower crane. But he seems too far back from the project. Turns out they were setting up the crane all morning so they could replace a chiller on top of the building. This was about 11 am. No tower crane at London House yet.

    I think they practice on the old field and play their games the new one. I wonder if it's artificial turf?

    Crickets. I have a feeling they are using all their efforts on their Ten Oaks high rises that are under construction before they come back here.

    As I said before most of the old warehouses and light industrial are for sale along 11th St. and 12th St. This is Lofts on West Twelfth. I wonder if it will be townhomes, condos or apartments? All these warehouses on Wynnwood Ln. all seem to be in use but I could see developers approaching them all so they can build housing in all of them in about 10 yrs or so. There are already apartments going up on Minimax Dr.

    Buildings were demolished and work has started. @Paco Jones any renderings available? As someone mentioned on the 8 story mixed use Target, they might need to add a light at this intersection. 8 story on the left and Durham Heights on the right. On weekends it's very hard to go west at the intersection on 26th St. due to all the traffic and with 3 apartments all in the area it will be impossible.

    Tower crane base is set, looks like it will be a cast-place parking garage.

    I spy some green parakeets on the southern fence where I took off from.

    Tower crane was removed since I was last here.

    The oil change is getting close to opening, just needs a sidewalk and a driveway. Oral surgery building still has a long way to go.

    The metal building that someone had already removed the metal sheeting is gone.

    No progress in months.

    Work has started on the parking area.

    Still rotting away, nothing has started.

    I never see any customers here which made me think they were closed.

    I haven't seen any demo permits for this. I wonder if keeping two walls up just constitutes just a renovation and not a demo?
