    lol I don't get the hate at all. It looks nice and sleek and will make a great addition to that area. That Toronto building shown would look out of place in this area IMO, looks like it'd fit in better downtown or uptown. Also, if you want to talk about disappointing Hines developments, how about that lame "British" neighborhood that was recently announced?

    Doh! I'm pretty split on this development. I love me some density, but everything about this project feels underwhelming to say the least. Both in the size/scope and design. Oh well, density is density I guess, plenty more vacant parking lots to build more interesting things on.

    Not a huge fan of that style, but it should fit in nicely with that part of downtown. Also, yay ground floor retail!

    I love how it sort of folds inward a bit, also maybe its just this rendering, but doesn't it look like lights up?

    I love all this stuff happening around Downtown. The more parking lots that get erased, the better!
