    Do you have a link to an article about this attempted breakin? I can't find anything about it on Google. The rents at Domain for 1 bedrooms is $920 - $1800, and $1620 - $2244 for 2 bedrooms.

    There's a much better picture of Parkside in the current issue of Texas Monthly. It's on page 267, and it's from a better angle.

    Yep, that's the guy. New Century Living is a total scam. He bad mouthed every new highrise in Austin. He kept saying how none of them would be built, but his would be. Well all those buildings are going up, and SURPRISE SURPRISE, his stuff isn't going up.

    That's what Alamo is doing here in Austin. They're converting the Ritz on 6th street back into a theater. It's been a combination pool hall/pizza place for awhile, and other things in the last few decades I believe. It's only going to have two screens. I believe the Ritz orginally only had one screen.

    I know I was lucky. I never really had to 'come out' exactly. I just started bringing guys to family events. Everyone knew anyways. My mom said she knew I was gay when she was pregnate with me. She thinks she's psychic. I personally have never had a problem at work and school. There has been a couple of incedents out in the 'real world', but I confronted the people when it happened. I didn't let them bully me. I think that if you are gay, you should let the world know. Until all gay people come out, it will still be 'okay' for others to be homophobic. In the short term, there may be a cost, but in the long term, it's better for us all. You may or may not lose a friend, a job, a family member, a barber, a house, or whatever, and that will suck. But you will gain freedom for yourself and other gay people. It's little things that change people's minds that then change the world.

    That first song is awful, but the others listed are pretty good songs. Most any song's lyrics sound dumb when you read them w/o music. The Ronnie and Gatlin are especially good to dance also. Wilson Phillips had a song named Houston on their big (only?) album.
