    The Kingwood Parc renderings were conceptual but it ended up being the final plan, the also added a 16 story tower to the Kingwood Parc. With that being said these could be the final renderings for Levey Park.

    They should have added grass so that it would be obvious not to go over it.

    Good news.... It includes an office tower( kind of hard to see on the rendering in the backyard)

    My question is why would they bring that into the Greenspoint meeting? The meeting was about the future of the Greenspoint, not anywhere else. Also when I click on link it says file not found.

    Bisnow posted a picture showing Parkway Properties sponsers and a couple of pictures in the back showing 400 north belt, but also a rendering to to something in the red circle.     I don't know which ones I like better, the old ones or the new ones.

    I hope we get a Loew's Hotel & Resorts in Uptown Park or the Intersection of westhiemer and post oak like the one in Atlanta.

    I love the sound of that. The whole area is a hotspot for development, redevelopment, and renovations.

    I love the shape and concept Urbannizer! Specifically how the residential and the office are nearly seperated.
