  4. Apparently Red John knows about the supertall in Uptown too. From a post in April 2013:Edit: I think he maybe talking about the Deyaar though. http://www.city-data.com/forum/urban-planning/1827254-tall-buildings-under-construction-your-city-3.html#post28924932
  5. Thats a good way to put things...Supertall or something like metropolis is a win win, heck anything is...I'm sure this one, if true, won't disappoint. This has to be the most costly development in the city right now huh???
  6. What about in the US....is anything cheaper depending on the state?
  7. This is odd....One World Trade Center cost is $3 billion+ and The Grand Wilshire is $1 billion. Why is it the Kingdom Tower's cost is less of One World Trade Center and just a little over the Grand Wilshire?
  8. Seems a bit logical, could be because of it. Also I can't remember if I seen those other projects listed, maybe it was edited? Urbannizer got some info from him awhile ago maybe he could try again but he did say by the summer time we should have more concrete news on the project.
  9. Or maybe it could be the lot on Post Oak Blvd and San Felipe...The one being marketed by Amreit. http://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/topic/29707-potential-development-at-post-oak-boulevard-san-felipe-street/?hl=potential
  10. As do I, I'm starting to see these rumors becoming more relevant...
  11. A seattle supertall was just announced not too long ago...could this be the same one this guy was talking about??? http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=208776 If so...this guy has to have some good connections. I think we could be hearing more about the Dallas and Houston ones pretty soon?
  12. They do not have it for mac, but there is a way of getting it. You would have to download parallels, which will give you the ability to run windows on your mac then being able to purchase the game and play it on windows. It downloads fast off steam's website. The things you have to do. XD
  13. Lol, those are the best parts :-) So far they have it for PC and Ps4. I personaly use pc and have trouble with it from time to time. (Lag)
  14. This has to be the scariest game I ever played. Taking place in an Asylum, an investigator is sent to investigate the asylum with only a camera on hand. The camera is required and eventually you run low on battery but batteries are scattered throughout the game. The games motto, 'run hide or die', is pretty much all you can do which makes the game a lot challenging. Trailer: Reactions Video:
  15. I'm almost sure that the second one on the first row happpens to be Five Allen Center. Edit: Nevermind its the old rendering.
  16. I was confused to looking at it from google maps, the rendering shows the building surrounded by townhomes and the aerial from google shows a decent size block in the area.
