It’s not out of the question: An entity linked to Finger bought the 2.3-acre propertyin July and has since submitted plans to the city to reshape it. No construction to be seen, and it seems to have dropped from the Berkadia research report as of 3Q22: https://base.berkadia.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Berkadia-Houston-3Q22-Construction-Pipeline-Report.pdf. (Although perhaps not everything is tracked, as current construction is going on right next door to the Reverie current, at the bend on Post Oak Park, and that's not marked as in-construction on the Berkadia data sheet.) Went by today and lot is still as empty as a year ago at 4510 Briar Hollow Place.
