Anyone heard any updates on this project?
No construction to be seen, and it seems to have dropped from the Berkadia research report as of 3Q22: https://base.berkadia.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Berkadia-Houston-3Q22-Construction-Pipeline-Report.pdf. (Although perhaps not everything is tracked, as current construction is going on right next door to the Reverie current, at the bend on Post Oak Park, and that's not marked as in-construction on the Berkadia data sheet.)
