  1. It is clear by now that many developers are focusing rennovating the strip of Post Oak from Westheimer to San Felipe. What about the areas between San Felipe and 610 (towards uptown Park?) The only building that fits the neighborhood is 1200 Post Oak Blvd. (apt. complex across from the McDonalds.) Everything else is old (i.e., Inverness and Winhall condos and dreadful 111 Post Oak Apts.). Those developments stick out like a sore thumb when looking at the beuaty and architecture of Uptown Park, Montebello, Villa D'este, and 1200 Post Oak, etc). Are there any plans to do massive reconstruc

I was driving down Sage this morning to ge my breakfast at Chica Fila, and could not help but notice the huge crane that is imbetween the apartment complex 3000 sage and the new shopping center still under construction. It is much taller than the one they have up at the Holiday Inn construciton site. Does anyone have any idea what they are building? Just curious.
  5. Does anyone know what is being built on Sage to the left of The Mens Club? There are large concrete pillars comming up from the ground. Just curious!!
  6. Galleria offices slated The Galleria area may have an abundance of vacant space in its office buildings, but that doesn't seem to bother Midway Cos., which is planning to build one more. But this building won't house huge law firms or oil and gas conglomerates that most big landlords drool over. For one thing, they wouldn't fit. Midway's office building is going to be only four stories tall with 50,000 square feet. That's about the size of one major tenant in a building like Williams Tower.
