  2. These residential high rises have been phenomenal at increasing retail density. It's an obvious outcome and I love it.

  4. Those who comment at the meetings can sway the meetings themselves. Sometimes you have a lot of people speaking on one side of the topic, so it seems overwhelmingly clear what public opinion is. Then, you have someone speak up who is in the minority, and you get a lot of others to finally speak up who feel the same way... A lot of times, these meetings have very vocal people who don't want something to happen. So if you personally want this to go through without delay, I would attend and have your voice heard. It will support others to speak up who feel the same way.

  14. Just for reference, Market Square Tower is a seven minute walk to POST. Lyric Market is a five minute walk.
  15. It’s something new and I appreciate that. I will definitely attend and support Houston’s version of a Grand Central Market.
  16. As part of the Main Street improvements, they took up all the sidewalks on Main and made them narrower than the original sidewalks. The landscaping looks great, but it does not justify reducing the width of the sidewalks.
  17. I drove by yesterday and thought I saw the west portion of the plaza had the rings flush with the brick pavers.
  18. Nicely done for a self-storage building. Looks like they are trying to be architecturally sensitive to the growing residential neighborhood.
