I think Methodist giving them the boot caused Diagnostic the financial problems. But I like Diagnostic so much better over at Park Plaza (on the Red Line and easy access from downtown). Cool, though, that TMC is building and building and building.... Energy Corridor is building and building and building.... downtown is building and getting ready to start some real building because our vacancy rate is 12.5% overall and 10% for the top-notch space.
