Their TMC Campus map has been updated and features TMC Helix Park! https://tecothermalenergy.com/customers/ While looking over the map, I noticed a small energy plant at the UT Research Park complex. Weird, I never knew this even existed. Also amazing that the Research Park requires it's own energy substation. Those 5 research buildings must consume tons of power. (Similar to what CenterPoint Energy is doing to support TMC Helix Park.) The small energy plant is hidden. I tried to find any TECO markings or signage but the building is pretty inconspicuous.
