islander Posted January 11, 2007 Author Share Posted January 11, 2007 The intent has been to bring it to "signature" status which would attract tournament activity. The goal has always been to keep it available to the public - it has always been a public course - but the agreement provides the sorely needed funds to upgrade the course.
